ASOS was set up in 2000. Back then it was called As Seen on Screen and marketed copies of clothes worn by famous people.
Today ASOS sells more than 65,000 branded and own-label products.
It attracts more than 20m internet shoppers every month.
It is worth £4bn on the London Stock Exchange.
9pm is the company’s busiest hour by a long way. It used to be lunchtime.
ASOS has eight websites.
In 2010 it launched ASOS Marketplace, a site dedicated to vintage fashion.
