Up with the lark rather than down in the dark

IS it usual or healthy to feel traumatised after watching two nationally acclaimed films?

I absolutely adore Swan Lake which I must have seen five times, including the male version; such a beautiful ballet and yet it is portrayed in such an ugly way in The Black Swan.
