ROTHERHAM UNITED have signed Welsh winger Alex Bray on loan from Premier League side Swansea City for the rest of the 2016-17 campaign.

Bray, 21, an ex-Wales under-19 international, is the club’s second signing of the January window following the capture of goalkeeper Richard O’Donnell from Bristol City last week.

Bath-born Bray spent a loan spell at Plymouth Argyle in 2014, but his progress was hindered by a serious anterior ligament injury.

The wingman has yet to make a league appearance for the Swans, but has represented the side in the EFL Trophy.
