Artist tells story of everyday life with ceramic sculptures
The Junction is hosting a display of ceramic sculptures in the first solo exhibition by East Riding-based artist Ian Potter.
Mr Potter said he hoped each piece would tell its own story, with viewers drawing their own interpretation of the work.

Nicola Dixon, exhibition organiser for Goole Town Council, said visitors were enjoying the display.
“We are very pleased to work with Ian on his first solo exhibition and are lucky to host an artist of his calibre. We’ve had so many comments from members of the public about how much they have enjoyed a change from a static exhibition of pictures to Ian’s sculptures,” she said.
Each piece his handmade and painstakingly modelled, with the larger works taking more than a month of eight-hour days to complete.
