Three arrested after eighth cash machine ripped from wall by JCB gang

Three men were arrested after the cashpoint at the HSBC bank in South Cave was ripped out of the wall in the early hours of the morning.
It was taken away in two black getaway cars.
The three, 23, 26 and 27, were arrested on Rawcliffe Road, Airmyn after being seen by officers leaving a silver car around 3.24am yesterday morning.

The raid is believed to have been the eighth in the last three months.
In the most recent a JCB was used to steal cash machine from petrol station in Lea Road, Gainsborough.
Robbers used a forklift to target the ATM at the Tesco store, on High Street, Crowle, on January 31.
There have also been raids in Hatfield, on a Spar shop in Gainsborough and a cash machine belonging to the One Stop shop on Station Road, Epworth.

Police urged people in rural communities to remain vigilant and to report any suspicious activity. Detectives also appealed for information, particularly about the whereabouts of the two cars that left the area.
