Willett's hard work with coach pays off at Wentworth
The 22-year-old from Rotherham is the overnight leader at the European Tour's flagship tournament following a brilliant six-under 65 yesterday.
While many of the sport's leading golfers struggled to cope on the demanding new-look West Course, Willett – in only his second season as a professional – quickly adapted to put himself in pole position.

On his most eye-catching performance to date, Willett told the Yorkshire Post: "It was nice to be able to produce that.
"It's a great feeling being up there past someone like Ernie Els. There's a few other young lads up there too.
"My game's been there or thereabouts for a bit but it was good to finally push through like that.

Ahead of today's second round, Willett was one stroke ahead of Australian Richard Green while fellow Britons Ross Fisher, Steve Webster and Richie Ramsey were tied in third place with India's SSP Chowrasia on 67.
A supremely talented amateur, he has failed to kick-on like world No 9 McIlroy, and admits he has struggled to control his emotions at times and has proved a bit hot-headed.
But the Yorkshireman – who finished by carding birdies on the last three holes yesterday – showed great composure while others wilted on the re-designed and toughened course.

"I start better nowadays and I just need to try and keep it up.
"It will be interesting to see how it pans out but I'm happy with where I am.
"It would be good to win but it's not a necessity this year. It will come soon if I just keep playing good golf."
