Final whistle: Wins for Leeds United and Bradford City, Huddersfield Town draw but Rotherham United end with defeat

Leeds United leapfrogged Millwall in the League One play-offs to finish fourth after a 3-0 win sent Northampton Town down to League Two.
The Cobblers were relegated at Elland Road, along with Crewe, Cheltenham and Hereford. Leeds United will now have home advantage in the second leg of the play-offs against Millwall, who lost at Carlisle.

Huddersfield Town drew 1-1 at Leyton Orient, Andy Both signing off with his 150th goal for the Terriers.

In League Two, goals from Dean Furman and Michael Boulding gave Bradford City a 2-0 vistory at Chesterfield.

Exeter secured automatic promotion from League Two after a 1-0 win at Rotherham United.

Wycombe and Brentford are also going up with Exeter.
