Entrepreneurs chosen for Dell's Path
TWO of Yorkshire's best known entrepreneurs have been chosen by IT hardware provider Dell as the faces of a global campaign to celebrate entrepreneurship.
Martin Port, the managing director of Leeds-based Masternaut Three X, the vehicle tracking company, and Richard Reed, the co-founder of smoothie-maker Innocent, who grew up in Kirkheaton, near Huddersfield, are two of the leading figures in Dell's Take Your Own Path campaign.
Take Your Own Path celebrates entrepreneurs who have developed fast growing businesses.
Mr Port started selling bread in New York and went on to establish the largest fleet tracking business in Europe. The company has won many awards and helps companies to manage their vehicle fleet more efficiently.
Mr Reed, a former Batley Grammar School pupil, is co-founder of Innocent, the smoothie and flavoured spring water producer.
