Robert joins Morrisons' family
Robert Lindsay, the favourite of housewives everywhere, is the latest celebrity to feature in Morrisons' advertising campaign, writes Bernard Ginns.
The star of My Family appears with a shopping trolley in a river and on a harbour wall in the advert to promote the supermarket's Market Street fresh food counters. It was filmed in Gardenstown, a small fishing village near Banff in Aberdeen- shire.
Mr Lindsay joins the ranks of other famous British faces which have represented the brand, including Richard Hammond, Alan Hansen, Melanie Sykes and Diarmuid Gavin.
