A CLIENT of YBS Share Plans, one of the UK’s biggest share plan service providers, has picked up an award.
Henderson Global Investors was triumphant in the category of best employee share plan in a company with less than 1,500 employees, at the Employee Share Ownership (ESOP) Centre Awards.
Three other clients of YBS Share Plans – part of the Yorkshire Building Society Group – were nominated in the awards. Imagination Technologies, the London Stock Exchange and Whitbread were all praised for their schemes.
All four companies have had their share plans developed and managed in conjunction with YBS Share Plans, which administers plans for more than 300 clients across 53 countries and 32 currencies. It is the only mutual in the country providing full administration and deposit-taking services for all employee share plans.

The awards evening took place at the Oriental Club in London and paid tribute to companies from around the world who have helped to grow employee ownership.
