Straight to the heart of Europe
RECYCLING firm Straight is to exhibit at two leading European trade fairs as part of its plan to strenghten its presence on the continent.
The Leeds-based group, which is the UK's leading supplier of recycling containers, will attend Entsorga-Enteco 2009, in Cologne, Germany from Tuesday to Friday. Entsorga is Europe's largest recycling management and environmental technology trade fair and is held every three years.
Then from Wednesday to Saturday Straight, the UK's leading supplier of recycling containers, will be at Ecomondo, in Rimini, Italy. Ecomondo is an international trade fair for materials and energy recovery and sustainable development and is Europe's largest annual expo for businesses in the environmental and sustainability sectors.
Straight currently has profitable partnerships to sell products in Canada, the US, Australia, Ireland and Israel via local partners, supported in some areas with local manufacturing. It hopes to establish similar relationships in mainland Europe.
