Tata chairman to speak at awards
BUSINESS Secretary Lord Mandelson and Ratan Tata, the chairman of the Tata Group, are expected to be the keynote speakers at a major business dinner in Yorkshire later this year.
The ABDN – Asian Business Network – is holding its 11th Annual Dinner and Business Awards at the Royal Armouries in Leeds on March 26. This year's event is sponsored by Jaguar.
Established by Arshad Chaudhry in 1998, and led by a board of business people and professionals, ABDN is a membership organisation which aims to promote the development of ethnic minority businesses across Yorkshire.
The award categories include business of the year, young entrepreneur of the year as well as female entrepreneur of the year.
