THREE doctors' surgeries have been brought under one roof as part of a new £14m healthcare centre.
The new 75,000 sq ft Freshney Green Health Centre in Grimsby, which has opened its doors to 30,000 patients, also provides dental services, a new mental health unit, minor surgery, community health, social care services, a café and a pharmacy.

Grimley's Leeds-based building consultancy team undertook a 14-month construction monitoring contract on behalf of Assura, to appraise the design and tender documentation.
The programme also involved site inspections to oversee the contract's design, materials and completion.
Richard Grayshon, associate at GVA Grimley, said: "This was a challenging project as we needed to liaise with all parties and oversee the construction in order to safeguard Assura, and its partner LSP Developments', long-term investment.
"As we were bringing three individual GP practices under the one roof, it was essential that we not only delivered on budget, but also in advance of deadline, to ensure continuity of services for patients."
The health centre includes solar panels and rain water collection technology to minimise its carbon footprint.
