YORKSHIRE County Cricket Club have released Mark Lawson
The 22-year-old, who made his county debut in 2004, took 42 first class wickets in his Yorkshire career.

Yorkshire have notified other counties of his availability and Mark is free to leave immediately an acceptable offer is made to him.

Otherwise the 22-year-old leg-spinner will leave the club at the end of the current season.

So Mark Lawson is to follow a growing list of young spin bowlers that Yorkshire find and then fail to develop and/or hold on to. Do Yorkshire have a spin bowling coach?
