Bettys Cookery School in Harrogate and Life&Style are teaming up to offer readers the opportunity to attend Tutors' Favourites – a taster course designed exclusively for the Yorkshire Post, to be held on Wednesday, August 5, at a very special price.
The taster course, comprising an exciting mix of sweet and savoury dishes from a wide variety of cookery school classes, will run between 11am and 1pm and again between 3pm and 5pm. Tutors have chosen Oriental spring rolls, capuns, pork with a parmesan and almond crust, crab cakes with a pineapple salsa, chocolate cardamom tart, and lemon posset.

There are a maximum 24 places per session. Readers
will be welcomed on arrival with tea, coffee and biscuits baked at Bettys Craft Bakery. Up to six dishes will be demonstrated by a team of tutors, with the opportunity to sample all of the recipes. During the break, there'll be chance to enjoy a glass of Swiss wine and nibbles.

A folder of the recipes demonstrated in class will be given to take home.

Early booking is strongly advised. Just call Bettys Cookery School on: 01423 814016 to secure your place. The Tutors' Favourites course is offered to readers at the special price of £45 each – a saving of £20.

Payment by credit or debit card will be required at time of booking.

Bettys Cookery School offers a range of classes for all levels of ability including Young Chef courses for children from eight years old, and in purpose-built premises equipped with a large demonstration area and plasma screen.
