HULL CITY begin life in the Premier League at home to Fulham but will end their first season of top-flight football against the champions of England and Europe, Manchester United.
The Tigers host Fulham on August 16 before travelling to Blackburn Rovers on August 23.

Wigan are the visitors to the KC Stadium on Saturday, August 30.

Phil Brown's side travel to the Emirates Stadium on September 27 to meet Arsenal, while Chelsea are the visitors at the end of October.

Hull travel to Old Trafford on November 1 and finish their season at home to the champions of England and Europe on May 24.

The Football League season begins a week later on August 19, with Leeds United travelling to Scunthorpe. Oldham Athletic are the first visitors to Elland Road seven days later.

Leeds finish their League One campaign at home to Northampton on May 2.

In the Championship, Sheffield United have been handed a tough opening assignment when they travel to relegated Birmingham City on August 9.

They then host QPR seven days later.

The first Sheffield derby is at Hillsborough on Saturday, August 18 with the return at Bramall Lane on Saturday, February 7.

Sheffield Wednesday start at home to Burnley.

Championship new boys Doncaster Rovers travel to relegated Derby County on the opening day of the season with the added spice of Paul Green potentially making his debut for Derby against his former employers.

Barnsley complete South Yorkshire's Championship quartet and begin away at QPR.

Huddersfield Town host League One newcomers Stockport County.

In League Two, Bradford City entertain Notts County and Rotherham United begin life at Don Valley Stadium at home to Lincoln City.
