I recently purchased a living room sideboard and coffee table. Firstly the price was good, then when delivered the items were as described (really nice). As I spoke to the guy who delivered, he told me the backup service was excellent as you would reckon he would. Well as my table settled with room temperature, the drawers became slightly tight to open. I called Trade Furniture and explained the situation, they took my telephone number and told me they would call and arrange someone to come out. Bearing in mind I am probably 250 miles from them.
Lo and behold the company rang me, arranged time and the guy was there spot on time. He was very pleasant, courteous and did the repair to my satisfaction. I would strongly recommend Trade Furniture to anyone who is looking for top quality goods and exceptional back up service.
