Hull City v West Ham
Team news: Geovanni returns from suspension after sitting out the 2-1 win over Stoke City but Seyi Olofinjana is doubtful after suffering a hamstring strain when away on international duty with N
igeria.
The midfielder will have a late fitness test, as will Boaz Myhill. The Welsh international goalkeeper was another to miss the win over Stoke with a knee injur.
Burnley v Aston Villa
Team news: Burnley manager Owen Coyle has no new injury worries.
The Scot expects to name the same squad which drew 3-3 at Manchester City before the international break.
Midfielder Chris McCann and forwards Jay Rodriguez and Martin Paterson are still some weeks away from full fitness.
Championship
Barnsley v Cardiff
Team news: Captain Stephen Foster returns after serving a one game ban but midfielder Hugo Colace is doubtful with a groin injury.
Jamal Campbell-Ryce, Daniel Bogdanovic, and Iain Hume need fitness tests after returning from international duty.
Cardiff will be without former Barnsley midfielder Stephen McPhail (thigh) but striker Michael Chopra, who made a big impact on loan at Oakwell five years ago, is set to start.
Reds manager Mark Robins: "We could have done without the international break because it is nice to build up a bit of momentum."
Doncaster v QPR
Team news: Captain Martin Woods is suspended and Dean Shiels has picked up an ankle injury on international duty with Northern Ireland which gives Rovers problems in midifeld.
Defenders Byron Webster, Gareth Roberts and Jason Shackell are back from injury lay-offs but defender Adam Lockwood may need another week to recover fully from a broken foot.
Rovers manager Sean O'Driscoll: "We are as good as anybody going forward and if it turns out to be anywhere near as good as the Blackpool game, everybody will be happy."
Ipswich v Sheffield Wednesday
Team news: The Owls are boosted by the return of winger Michael Gray and defender Darren Purse who have missed the last two games through injury and illness, respectively.
Midfielder Tommy Miller, who joined the Owls after being released by Ipswich this summer, is struggling with a hamstring strain.
Owls chief Brian Laws: "Two weeks is a long time between games but my players have been excellent in their work over the last fortnight."
Middlesbrough v Nottm Forest
Team news: Middlesbrough will hand a debut to Dave Kitson after he joined on loan from Stoke and he could join former Reading team-mate Leroy Lita in attack.
Austria defender Emanuel Pogatetz could start, wearing a protective face mask following a broken cheekbone.
Isaiah Osbourne, on loan from Aston Villa, will make his home debut while Didier Digard should return to the squad after proving his fitness. Marvin Emnes could miss out with a cold.
Sheffield United v Peterborough
Team news: Captain Chris Morgan returns from suspension for the Blades but striker Darius Henderson is banned after picking up his fifth yellow card of the season.
Midfielder Lee Williamson may make his full debut after recovering from a back operation while Jordan Stewart, Matthew Kilgallon, and Andrew Davies are expected to shake off knocks.
Blades manager Kevin Blackwell: "Peterborough are an unknown quantity now. They have a new manager who will no doubt play different way to Darren Ferguson."
League One
Brighton v Leeds United
Team news: Patrick Kisnorbo reported back from international duty this week fit but Rui Marques is still troubled by an Achilles injury.
The defender had linked up with Angola but was sent home early to continue his recovery back in Yorkshire. Tresor Kandol will complete the three-game ban that followed his part in sparking a melee at the end of the win over Yeovil, while Michael Doyle is back after serving a one-match suspension.
Huddersfield v Hartlepool
Team news: Lee Clark looks set to name the same starting XI for the seventh game in a row after Lee Novak was declared fit following his recovery from the head injury that saw the striker withdrawn at half time in last weekend's 6-0 thrashing of Wycombe Wanderers.
Robbie Simpson and Daniel Drinkwater are still troubled by thigh injuries and unlikely to make the bench.
League Two
Bradford v Accrington
Team news: Michael Flynn is a slight doubt with a thigh strain, while Michael Boulding's wretched luck continued this week when the striker broke his nose in an accidental collision with Simon Williams in training.
Stuart McCall does have new loanee Simon Whaley available. The Norwich City winger has joined until the New Year after completing a similar spell at Rochdale where he netted twice in nine appearances.
Torquay v Rotherham
Team news: Midfielder Gary Roberts is set to make his debut for the Millers after being released by Yeovil.
Winger Kevin Ellison is expected to shake off a foot injury suffered against Port Vale but veteran Andy Liddell has been ruled out for a month with an Achilles injury.
Defender Stephen Brogan is pushing for his first start since suffering a broken leg nearly two years ago.
Millers chief Ronnie Moore: "If we win this game and again on Tuesday, we go top of the league. That has to be the carrot for the players."

AFC Wimbledon v York City
Team news: Richard Brodie has recovered from a foot injury sustained on international duty to lead the York City attack.
The 22-year-old had been a major doubt after limping out of the England C team's 2-1 victory in Poland during midweek but has since recovered.
It means Michael Gash, the Minstermen's £55,000 signing from Ebbsfleet United, will have to be content with a place on the bench after recovering from a broken bone in his foot that was sustained in October.
