SHEFFIELD UNITED'S Lee Hendrie could make his loan switch to Blackpool permanent.
The former England and Aston Villa midfielder is out of fgavour at Bramall Lane and began a one-month loan deal with Championship rivals Blackpool at the weekend.

Blackpool boss Simon Grayson, a former team-mate of Hendrie's at Villa Park, said: "Lee Hendrie is a good player. He is very versatile and can play through the middle or down either side.

"He is a player I know from my time at Aston Villa. I asked about him on Friday, we got the green light and I signed him later that night."
