League one: LEE CLARK has called on his Huddersfield Town side to ignore the league table despite the possibility of returning to the play-off places today.
The Terriers travel to Hartlepool United looking to build on the impressive midweek win at Carlisle, a result that lifted Clark's men to within a point of the top six. He said: "We can't focus on the league position and the results of others. Instead, we have to focus on keeping our own house in order.

"If we can keep picking up positive results, everything else will look after itself. I have said all along that the teams above us will have little dips in form and that is proving to be the case.

"So, we have to be ready and waiting to take advantage. We are eight unbeaten in the league and need to keep stretching that run. We are always looking to win matches but if we can't, we need to make sure we don't lose.

"That is the mentality we need from now until the end of the season."
