Huddersfield Town have made a double signing with highly-rated Derby County striker Liam Dickinson having arrived on loan and Accrington Stanley midfielder Ian Craney signing a three-year deal.
The two arrivals take the number of captures by Stan Ternent since being appointed in April to nine as the Terriers manager looks to build a side capable of winning promotion.

Dickinson only joined Derby in the summer for £750,000 but has not figured in the opening three games so has been sent out on a month's loan. Craney, meanwhile, has already scored twice for Accrington this season and joins for an undisclosed six-figure fee.

The 26-year-old said: "What would be the point in coming here if I did not think we could get promotion. You look at the stadium and the fan-base and everything about the club suggests we should be in the Championship."
