Injury forces out goalkeeper green

West Ham goalkeeper Robert Green has pulled out of the England squad ahead of tomorrow's World Cup qualifier against Belarus.
He withdrew from the trip to Minsk because of soreness in his knee and will not travel with the rest of the squad today.

Green's withdrawal leaves England with two goalkeepers, David James and Scott Carson, for the Group Six clash.

The Hammers No 1 was not involved in Saturday's win over Kazakhstan, with James starting the match and Carson on the bench.
