Point enough to take Burnley above Tigers

David Nugent salvaged a point for struggling Burnley at home against Stoke City with his sixth goal for the club.
He headed home in the 52nd minute after Martin Paterson turned Danny Collins inside out before delivering a superb cross from deep.

Although Burnley moved above Hull City in the Barclays Premier League they remain in the relegation zone after Tuncay's goal for Stoke.

Reading eased their relegation worries in the Coca-Cola Championship when they overcame 10-man Derby County 4-1 at the Madejski Stadium.

The Rams' Robbie Savage played the last 50 minutes in goal after substitute goalkeeper Saul Deeney was sent off having gone on to replace injured first-choice Stephen Bywater.

The Football Association have confirmed the kick-off times and dates for next month's FA Cup semi-finals at Wembley.

Chelsea's tie with Aston Villa will take place on Saturday, April 10 at 5pm.

The weekend's other tie sees Portsmouth face Tottenham or Fulham at 4pm on Sunday, April 11.
