Would have thought the drip effect on transfers at Bramall Lane was something to do with that drip Robinson paying three times the price and giving away at half the price we should be selling for.

The World Club Championship should be abolished rather than extended. Rugby league is a hard game that should be played and refereed fairly. What I saw last night was an Aussie exhibition of "let's show the Poms whose the boss". Fair enough if the game is refereed according to the rules. We were presented with a referee too afraid to apply the rules. It was impossible to have a quick play the ball due to the so called "wrestle tackle". How a player who spear tackles another player stays on the field also beggers belief. If that is how the Aussies want to play the game let them stay in Oz. All that this circus brings about is injury to essential players i.e. Sinfield's dead leg. The competition is a total waste of time.
