HULL CITY are hoping Tottenham Hotspur defender Anthony Gardner will bolster their hopes of surviving in the Premier League.
The former England international, who is out of favour at White Hart Lane, is on Phil Brown's wanted list and it is believed a bid is imminent.

Gardner, who has a year remaining on his contract with the north London club, is also understood to be interesting Stoke City.

The Tigers will play Spanish club Osasuna in their final pre-season friendly on August 9 at the KC Stadium.
