Breaking: Leeds United hit with £7,500 fine

LEEDS UNITED have today been fined £7,500 by the Football Association for using an unlicensed agent with a further £12,500 suspended for two years.
The charge, which United admitted, related to the involvement of Lorenzo Paolo in the transfer of Anthony Elding from Stockport County last January.
Leeds were warned as to their future conduct today at a personal hearing by the FA who have promised that the suspended fine will be activated should the club be guilty of any further breaches of the regulations on agents before September 21, 2010.
