FOUR Leeds Carnegie youngsters are in the England Under 20s squad for the IRB Junior World Championships in Japan next year.
Forwards Phil Swainston, Calum Clark and Jacob Rowan and back Dan White are part of the England squad who have been drawn in Pool B against Japan, Samoa and Scotland.
The matches will be played on June 5, 9 and 13 next year, with the knockout stag
es on June 17 and 21.
This season's 32-man England squad - including 10 players capped at Under 20 level last season, one of which is Clark - have already spent a week of team-building with the Royal Marines at Lympstone and go to a warm-weather training camp in Portugal next month.
They defend their RBS Under 20 Six Nations title in the New Year against Italy (February 6 at Worcester), Wales (February 13, Bridgend), Ireland (February 27, Athlone), France (March 13, Worcester) and Scotland (March 20, Worcester).
