the Tory Party.
Has Mr Anderson forgotten that it was New Labour that broke virtually every election promise in not just one election manifesto; that its first leader abolished Clause Four; that one of its founders, Peter Mandelson, stated that New Labour was "extremely relaxed" about extremes of wealth; that the gap between the rich and the poor in this country has increased under New Labour? Does he know about the millions being made by private firms who are jumping on the PFI initiative? The list could go on and on.
What about Post Office and GP closures and the fact that many New Labour MPs voted to keep the John Lewis list to feather their own nests? Why is the taxpayer bailing out Northern Rock when other firms like Rover employing skilled workers have been allowed to go to the wall?
