How to glow when it's cold outside
Dry, flaky, stressed skin? Stephanie Smith finds the answers to critical weather skin.

But, take heart, says Bobbi, because with the right care and make-up, it's easy to beat the beauty blahs. Here's how:
Puffy undereyes: Shrink the area with a cold compress. Dab a concealer one shade darker than your foundation onto the puffs to help visually recede them. Apply a concealer one shade lighter
than your foundation under the puffy area. Blend both concealers with a fingertip. Set the area with loose powder. Skip liner and mascara on lower lashes to avoid emphasising the area.
Parched, irritated skin: Start washing your face with tepid rather than hot water. Layer on moisturisers to ensure your skin stays well hydrated. Every winter morning Bobbi applies her face oil (38.50), hydrating face cream (33), and moisturising balm (55).
