SANDAL were relegated from the First Division after losing at Featherstone on the final day.
Kieron Dransfield's unbeaten 75 was in vain as Sandal finished on 190-7, chasing Featherstone's 221-6 that featured 85 by opener James Dunn.

Third bottom Wombwell Main avoided the drop, despite losing by 29 runs at Hooton Pagnell.

Bruce Percy s
truck 56 in champions Streethouse's 42-run victory at Sprotbrough.

Jonathan Hughes (5-14) and Jason Ball (3-16) were Old Sharlston's match-winners against Ackworth, while Richard Cooper (86), Greg Walton (53) and Tracy Shepherd (5-22) led Crofton to a 72-run victory over Fishlake.

South Kirkby missed promotion from the Second Division when their 12-match unbeaten league run ended with a three-wicket defeat against Askern, for whom Gareth Williams snapped up 6-37.

South Kirkby were pipped for second place by Barnby Dun who beat Frickley by four runs thanks to Steve Barnes (48), Jay Horne (37) and Carl Rice (4-38).

West Bretton's 14-run victory at champions Conisbrough failed to save them from relegation. West Bretton, Frickley and Thorne Colliery finished level on points at the foot of the table.

Thorne escaped the drop because they had more victories than the other two teams.
