Farhan Khan picked up eight wickets and Tim Jackson hit a season's best 87 as North Leeds moved to within five points of leaders Kirkstall with just two games to go.
The pair were the star performers as North Leeds notched their fourth straight wi
n with a 128-victory at Rawdon while Kirkstall and second-placed Guiseley crashed to defeat.
Beckwithshaw's championship challenge had faded in recent weeks but they came back to form to put the skids under Kirkstall, Paul Thompson (4-41) and James Lilley (3-20) dismissing the leaders for 122.
Stuart Carey (31) and Phil Critchley (23) put on 64 for Beckwithshaw's first wicket. They finally got home with four wickets to spare.
Toby Jacklin's fifth six-wicket or better haul of the season saw Guiseley crash to 79 all out in reply to Collingham's 119. That victory lifts last season's champions three points clear of the relegation places which are filled by Bilton and Pool after both lost crucial matches.
Andy Walker's 14.1-over spell of 7-33 restricted Otley to 167 but it was not enough for Bilton despite a determined 43 from Paul Cannings. Otley captain James Davies followed up his 71 with 4-37 as the visitors were dismissed with one ball left, still 20 short of victory.
Brothers David (56) and Nick (5-23) Brook combined to give Burley a five-wicket home win that makes them safe but drops Pool back into the relegation zone.
Andrew MacAmmond produced a devastating 18.4-over spell of 9-26 to dismiss Green Lane for 55 and set up Adel's third win in a row that has lifted them to fourth place.
Richard Atkins (95) and Neil Spragg (48no) were the top scorers as Steeton overcame Calverley by six wickets but it came too late for them to catch Knaresborough and Silsden, who will be promoted from Division Two.
Andy Pryor (100) and Clyde Williams (85) put on 173 for Knaresborough's first wicket and with Dale Tormey (43no) and Jonathan Corcoran (32no) taking over, they raced to 281-2. But with No 4 batsman James Druce (71no) heading a dogged response, Tong Park picked up a valuable point towards escaping relegation.
New Rover will be in Division Three next season after being beaten by Silsden despite a battling 47 from Toby Ibbotsen and a 6-8 return from Tom Rhea that included a hat-trick. Yasser Ali (57) top scored in Steeton's 162 then took 3-14 and combined with Zeeshan Qasim (4-45) to dismiss New Rover for 106.
Olicanian are favourites to fill the other relegation spot after they were beaten by five wickets by fellow strugglers Harden, off-spinner Craig Wintersgill (5-19) and Simon Wood (4-37) skittling the Ilkley side for 95.
That left Olicanian nine points behind Bardsey who defeated Upper Wharfedale by 10 wickets.
