The village of Little Ouseburn, between York and Boroughbridge, is gearing for the popular annual Open Gardens on May 18.

The event that runs from 10-5pm, is held to raise funds for the church and village hall, and it is visited by gardening fans from all over the county. Pam Bradley, is seen preparing her garden for the occasion.

Mrs Bradley, who lives with her husband, Graeme, has been in the village for 10 years and has decided to open her gardens for the first time.
