A SECOND man has been arrested over a car crash in which a teaching assistant from Hillsborough died.
A Honda Civic, travelling towards Grenoside on the A61 Halifax Road, was in collision with a silver Nissan Micra at around 7.40pm on Saturday. The driver of the Micra, 56-year-old June Bryce-Stephen, died from her injuries.

The 22-year-old driver of the Honda Civic was arrested for causing death by dangerous driving and yesterday a second man, a 41-year-old from Chapeltown, was also arrested on the same charge. Both men have now been bailed pending further enquiries.

It is believed the Honda Civic was close to an orange Ford Focus ST travelling in the same direction.

Police are asking any witnesses or people who saw the way the cars were being driven to call the witness helpline on 0114 2202970.
