POLICE in Sheffield have issued a further appeal for information after a robbery at a betting shop in Parson Cross.
The robbery took place at Tote Sport Bookmakers on Margetson Crescent at around 8.40pm on Thursday, July 1.

A spokesman for South Yorkshire Police said a man wearing a mask threatened an assistant and demanded money. The man fled with a very small amount of cash from the till, heading in the direction of the old Colley School site, towards Remington Road.

He added: "Police have arrested a man on suspicion of robbery and he is currently on police bail pending further enquiries. Although an arrest has been made, officers still need information from the public or for any witnesses to come forward."

Anyone with any information should call South Yorkshire Police on 0114 2202020 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
