Car retailer JCT600 is investing over £1m in the redevelopment of a BMW dealership.
Work has already started on the first phase of the six month project, on Sticker Lane in Bradford, which includes the refurbishment of the showroom as well as improving customer facilities and first floor staff accommodation.
The new dealership will have specific business, children and lounge areas. It will also feature two new vehicle delivery rooms.
The refurbishment, by Hull-based PDR Construction, is expected to be completed by early October. The dealership will continue to operate from temporary accommodation in the meantime.
Mark Taylor, JCT600’s property director, said: “This major investment forms part of BMW’s global ‘future retail’ concept which will improve the customer experience and we’re excited to be bringing it to life at our Bradford showroom.”
