This giant snail will be among the stunning creations featuring in this year's Hebden Bridge Handmade Parade today.
The annual spectacular, which starts at 2pm, is generated by the local community and promises to be a colourful celebration of the creativity and uniqueness of Hebden Bridge and its surrounding areas.

Artists from Thingumajig Theatre and community arts organisation Heads
were yesterday putting the finishing touches to the piece ahead of the parade, which is expected to attract hundreds of spectators.
