The developers behind the £100m Flaxby Park Golf and Country Club have signed a deal with the Yorkshire-based travel firm, flymenow.co.uk, to bring guests to the hotel's four heli-pads.
The travel company will charter flights into the hotel develo
pment between York and Harrogate.
A return flight for a six-seater Agusta A109 helicopter on an hour-long trip from London to the 303-room five star hotel is expected to be in the region of £4,500.
The travel company, which has its head office in York, was established in May last year, and has already carved out an impressive client list including A-list Hollywood stars, leading business figures and world-famous sport stars.
Customers have included England cricketing legend Sir Ian Botham, former supermarket chairman Sir Ken Morrison, who retired in March, and rock stars Bon Jovi.
Flymenow.co.uk, which has a global network of 1,800 aircraft that it operates on behalf of the private owners, was responsible for scheduling flights for the rock band's South American tour last summer, which involved three concerts over five days.
The commercial director of flymenow.co.uk, Andrew G Whitney, said: "Being involved in the North of England's premier leisure and tourism project is fantastic.
"We offer a service to everyone, ranging from the rich and famous to people who want to splash out for a special occasion."
The Yorkshire Post revealed in April that York-based developer the Skelwith Group had drawn up plans for the hotel, which will also include three restaurants, a luxury spa complex, bars and boutiques set in 283 acres of countryside.
The development, which is expected to create 500 jobs, represents one of the Skelwith Group's most ambitious schemes.
Premiership footballers, mega-rich royalty from across the globe and world famous pop stars are among the target market.
Investors can purchase individual hotel rooms from £110,000 and up to £250,000 with guaranteed returns for eight years.
The Skelwith Group's managing director, Paul Ellis, said: "Our hotel will be for both local people to use and enjoy but we also expect to fly in the rich and famous from around the globe. It will attract high profile people whose time is very precious.
"Because of this, having the best transport providers on board is key to ensuring these people stay at the Flaxby."
The 80,000 sq ft hotel, with rooms available from £120 to £800 a night, will be set in woodland, although it is just off the A1 and a 30-minute drive from Leeds.
The complex will also feature conference space, nature trails and a floodlit driving range. Work is due to start later this year once its final designs have been agreed with Harrogate Council.
It is hoped the development will be completed by 2011.
