Victoria Beckham last night launched a new range of clothing in the UK after disclosing she is giving up singing for good.

The former Spice Girl has been modelling her new range of clothes, left, including denim jeans, costing up to £340 a pair, at Harrods in London after saying she will not sing again.

She told GMTV she was concentrating on a career in fashion and had hung up her microphone after the group's reunion world tour.

She told the programme yesterday: "I love the whole social thing of being back with the girls, it was so much fun. And I loved the kids watching me, going, 'wow, this is what mummy used to do,' rather than just moan, you know, 'Do your homework and clean your teeth'."

She added: "I'm not going to sing any more. I've hung my microphone up."

She also revealed she and husband David Beckham planned a long stay in the US.

She said of her husband: "You know, David – it's tough the football because it's completely different – but he went there
for a reason, he's trying to change the face of soccer in America."
