Chelsy quits Leeds for 'space' from Prince Harry

Prince Harry's girlfriend Chelsy Davy has cooled their relationship because she has not settled in "chilly" Leeds, it has been reported.

Reports on Monday claimed Miss Davy was planning to head back to Cape Town, South Africa, because she was unhappy in Leeds, where she started a law degree course in September.

The 'cold' Yorkshire weather, safety fears and difficulty making real friends were said to be making her unhappy.

She was also said to be missing her friends in Cape Town where she shared a flat with her brother, Shaun.

Reports say she has told the Prince she wants some space to think about her future.

A Sunday newspaper said the relationship ended in a series of emotional telephone calls between Leeds and the southern African country of Lesotho, where the Prince is doing charity work.

A spokeswoman for Clarence House said they did not comment on the Prince's private life.

Prince Harry, a cornet in the Blues and Royals, was pictured smiling as he attended a remembrance service in Windsor on Sunday.
