Festival for great british redheads
Calling all redheads – a Yorkshire town is hosting a celebration of all things ginger.
The Great British Redhead Festival has been dreamed up by Richard Simpson, from Morley, Leeds, who is a redhead and proud of it.
The April 10 event in Morley is for "both redheads and fans of redheads to celebrate all things gingerish". He is hoping thousands will attend and is now asking for ideas for things to do when they arrive.
Mr Simpson, whose idea stemmed from a similar event held in Holland, hopes that redhead DJ Chris Evans will be among the ginger throng come April 10. Contact him at brilliantredhair@yahoo.co.uk
