Mr Bayley has claimed the maximum allowed for the Additional Costs Allowance, for second homes.
The York MP received back 3,370 for food between April and December 2008, regularly claiming the maximum 400 a month.
But from the start of this calendar year Mr Bayley stopped making any claims for food.
He has submitted a 580 claim for roof repairs as well as others for utility bills, council tax and mortgage costs.
