Official: Yorkshire Dales more distracting than David Beckham's pants
LOVELY countryside such as the Yorkshire Dales are far more distracting to motorists than David Beckham in his underpants, a survey has revealed.
The injured England star's advert for Armani was only the ninth most distracting thing for drivers in a poll from insurance company Zurich Connect.
Attractive women topped the list of things most likely to put drivers off, with Stonehenge and other heritage sites in second place.
The Yorkshire Dales and other scenic sites were third in the list which also included good-looking men, fast cars and flocks of birds.
Mike Quinton, from Zurich Connect, said: "Surprisingly, the Yorkshire Dales beat David Beckham's pants hands down as roadside eye candy.
"We can only conclude that drivers passing through stunning landscapes need to be especially vigilant if they want to avoid becoming part of the scenery."
