Police name reservoir death teenager
A TEENAGER who drowned in a West Yorkshire reservoir on Wednesday has been named as Jack Terrance Lee Chapman, from Hounslow, in Middlesex.
It is believed the 17-year-old was swimming in the Widdop Reservoir, near Hebden Bridge, with friends when the group lost sight of him and called police.
Police divers recovered his body at the reservoir off Widdop Road some five hours later.
An inquest into his death was opened and adjourned today in Bradford.
