Young critic shows he's the reel deal
When he grows up Hammad Raza says he wants to be an actor, scientist or film critic.
The 11-year-old is already well on the way to a career as the latter, having won a national award for his review of Disney film Ratatouille.
The Rotherham youngster attended a glittering awards ceremony for the Young Film Critics of the Year competition at the Bafta building in London's West End on Thursday.
"It was really exciting. When they read my name out as the winner it was the best feeling in the world," said Hammad.
He wrote his winning 250- word review a year ago when he was a pupil at Rudston Preparatory School in Rotherham.
Hammad was handed his award by Blue Peter presenter Joel Defries.
