NETWORK support and IT company Blue Logic has increased its turnover by almost 25 per cent and is forecasting a 30 per cent increase in turnover for the next year, following acquisitions and new client wins.

The firm achieved a turnover of £2.7m in the last 12 months and has appointed nine new members of staff. It also moved into larger premises at Bramley Grange in Thorner, Leeds.

Blue Logic was created in 2007 by Dave Helm who began the company with just his laptop and mobile phone. He was joined by director Chris Ambler and together they now lead a team of 34.

Mr Helm said: “We’ve had a fantastic year and we’re all very proud to be continuing to grow when the economic climate is so unstable. We’re not taking anything for granted, but we’re confident 2012 will see a further increase in turnover by potentially as much as 30 per cent.”

Blue Logic hopes to expand the team further with new appointments in sales, web development, and several technical positions in the first half of 2012, taking the team to over 40.
