Over 50’s womenswear retailer Bonmarche is to move to the main market from AIM next month in a move that reflects its growth over the past two years.
The Wakefield-based firm, which said the move will raise its profile, said it has no plans to raise any money from the move.
Beth Butterwick, chief executive officer, said: “Given the group’s progress since admission to AIM in 2013, the board now considers the official list to be a more appropriate platform for the continued growth of the group.”
The group said its expectations for the full year remain unchanged.
It expects that its 2016 performance will be weighted towards the second half of the year thanks to stronger like-for-like sales growth, new stores and an improvement in its online offering.
