Wayne Rogers, 31, Alison Dove, 24 and Holly Draper, 22, appeared at Bristol Crown Court yesterday alongside eight other members of staff charged with a string of offences alleged at Winterbourne View care home in Hambrook, South Gloucestershire.

Rogers, of Purton Close, Bristol, pleaded guilty to nine charges of ill-treating two patients while Dove, of Chipperfield Drive, Bristol, pleaded guilty to seven charges involving three women.

Draper pleaded guilty to two charges of ill-treatment.

All three were bailed for pre-sentence reports.
