CCTV appeal: Police investigate series of shop thefts in Beverley

Police investigating a series of thefts from a Beverley shop want to trace this man.

Humberside Police today issued the CCTV image as part of their enquiries into thee separate incidents at Tesco in Morton Lane.

The first was at around 2pm on January 11 when two DVD boxsets were taken.

A man answering the same description is then said to have stolen three Playstation games and another DVD boxset between 11am on January 25 and 10am on January 26.

The store was targeted again between 9.45am and 10.45am on January 26 when two more computer games were stolen.

A similar description of the suspect was given, leading police to link the three crimes.

Anyone with information about the man's identity is asked to call 101, quoting crime reference numbers 2241809, 2245219 and 2248473 respectively.
