Police investigation after 30 grazing sheep are stolen from a field

Around 30 sheep have been stolen from a field in the Newby Moor area of North Yorkshire.

The Swaledale Gimmer Hogg breed of sheep were taken from a field adjacent at Hardacre, Bentham sometime between Monday March 20 and Friday March 24.

North Yorkshire Police believe that the sheep were taken away via Newby Moor. Officers are now appealing for anyone with information to help the investigation.
