ENGINEERING consultancy Morgan Tucker said it has taken a significant step in its ambitious growth plans with the appointment of 14 new starters.
The firm, which said it has a thriving office in Leeds, said the new appointments will range from senior to trainee roles.
They follow what the group described as a successful year and it is now on target to hit an £8m turnover following the appointment of a new, experienced senior executive team.
Morgan Tucker’s strategic expansion plans will see it extend growth across its seven UK offices over the next year.
Managing director at Morgan Tucker, Matthew Tucker, said: “We are delighted to welcome 14 new starters to our team, at a time of significant growth for the firm.
“Our ethos is all about being agile and able to adapt to our clients’ needs – which is why we continue to expand by taking on new people who are focused on delivering the best possible service on each and every project.
“We have had a fantastic year at Morgan Tucker, celebrating our tenth year in business in September and seeing notable growth across the board with a number of significant and large project and framework wins.”
Morgan Tucker benefited from a £1m investment from Foresight Nottingham Fund this year - a £40m regional fund for growing businesses - after it was deemed a business with exceptional potential for expansion.
“The new hires will bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team, with some senior appointments who have more than 30 years’ experience under their belts, ensuring the best service for our clients,” said Mr Tucker.
